ph45 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the ph45 website at ph45.net (the "Platform"), registering an account, or placing any wager on any game offered by ph45, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the ph45 Platform and must not register an account or place any bets. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on ph45, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by ph45.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph45, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ph45 or any applicable gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a previous ph45 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

ph45 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ph45 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of ph45 services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one active ph45 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph45 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph45 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify ph45 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• ph45 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• ph45 staff will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified ph45 of a security breach.

Account Verification (KYC): ph45 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

ph45 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ph45 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. ph45 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. ph45 targets the following processing times for verified accounts:

• GCash / PayMaya: 15 to 60 minutes from approval
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1 to 3 banking business days

ph45 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your ph45 account must match the name on your registered payment method.

ph45 does not accept deposits made with funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity. Any winnings derived from deposits of illicit origin will be forfeited, and the account will be reported to the relevant authorities.

ph45 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and ph45 Rewards program benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ph45 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period.
• ph45 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• ph45 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.

All games available on ph45 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Random Number Generation: All ph45 online casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by ph45 or any third party.

Live Casino Games: Live casino games, including those provided through PP Live (Pragmatic Play Live), are streamed from licensed studios with real dealers. These games are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen and the terms of the game provider.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, ph45 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. ph45 will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

• Bets placed and accepted before a malfunction are valid unless the malfunction directly affected the outcome of that bet.
• ph45's decision on the outcome of any disputed game result is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process.
• Players must report any suspected game errors to ph45 support immediately and must not attempt to exploit any error for financial gain.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph45 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph45 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balances held in such accounts:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with ph45 games or the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in ph45 games or the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money or use ph45 for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph45 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing ph45 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the ph45 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of ph45 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from ph45.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any other website or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

The ph45 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph45. Unauthorized use of any ph45 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph45, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph45 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, technical errors, or Platform unavailability.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored in connection with your ph45 account.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ph45's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

ph45's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph45 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph45 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. ph45 provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. ph45 will display session duration reminders at regular intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing. During a cooling-off period, the player will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from ph45 may submit a self-exclusion request through their account settings or by contacting ph45 support. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

ph45 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on ph45, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph45 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. ph45 may share your data with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

ph45 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies where required by applicable law, including in connection with AML reporting obligations.

Closure by Player: You may close your ph45 account at any time by contacting ph45 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Closure by ph45: ph45 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms or suspected illegal activity, ph45 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph45 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ph45 support. ph45 will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

ph45 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph45 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the ph45 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
